The Top Five Mistakes Men Make Dating Online!

Here are the top five mistakes and how to avoid them with dating women online!

Mistake#1. Having a Boring, Average Profile!

Common mistake guys make.

You have to put some decent time and effort into the profile.

You MUST shine above the masses.

Tip one is to have an interesting / different profile with some humour.

Tip two is to have nothing negative in your profile. And a good photo!

Mistake#2. Placing too High a Value On a Potential Date

This is another instinctive mistake made when first starting out.

Your mind plays tricks on you and you put the lady on a pedestal before even meeting her!

Particularly if you haven't had a date for a while.

Tip one, Treat every potential date as an opportunity for YOU to check HER out and see if you fancy her!

Tip two, NEVER expect to meet the love of your life on a first date.

This way you will never be disappointed and sometimes very pleased.

Mistake#3. Not Meeting Quickly Enough!

Did this myself for far too long.

The longer you leave it before you meet, the less likely it is to happen.

So forget about emailing for months and getting all worked up over email.

As soon as possible, meet for coffee and a chat to see if you like each other.

This will save you a lot of time and energy.and disappointments.

Tip one, Ask for a coffee date in the first two weeks of emails.

Tip two, if she doesn't agree to meet, move on and don't worry about it.

There are plenty more.

Mistake#4. Emailing Interstate and Overseas Profiles!

I did this as well when I first started dating online.

It's tempting to do but is a complete waste of your time, energy and focus.

Unless you are rich and have a lot of spare time, don't bother with interstate and overseas profiles.

What's the odds of you ever really hooking up?

Very little.

Why would they be better than someone local?

Tip one, only focus and contact women in your immediate area.

Tip two, keep it down to 100 km radius from your home. This will
Keep your expenses and time travels down.

Mistake#5. Not Calling the Meeting Cafe!

This is more important than it sounds. Women like to be lead by a decisive man. So call the cafe, time and date.

If she can't make it when you suggest, reschedule to suit her.

She will get the impression you are not timid and are comfortable making decisions.this is good.

Tip one, make the first date during a week night. This will suggest you have a life and are busy on the weekend.

Tip two, be relaxed at the coffee date. Don't mention past partners or that you haven't dating anyone for a long time. Just have some fun and BE happy.

Avoiding these five mistakes will save you a lot of time, money, energy and focus with online dating. They will prevent you from quitting before you start getting the results you desire and deserve.

Three Simple Principles To Remember When Writing Your Dating Profile

When writing your personal ad, there are certain proven principles that can be used. They are simple enough to follow yet very effective and you will surely have a positive response.

First is HOOK

Hook is to attract attention. Two ways to apply this simple principle to your profile headline: Using Self Interest Headlines. Headline focuses on benefits that will interest the reader. It telegraphs the benefits that they will receive if they stick around. Next is Using Curiosity Headlines. This type of headline arouses the readers’ curiosity so they are compelled to read further.

Second is Build Up

You have a great headline, now you want to keep the reader interested. This is the main work of your dating profile. This is where you show your personality and sell your best self. The idea is to show your personality and make a connection on an emotional level. Which means it’s not what you are selling, that inspires the reader’s desire for it but rather the anticipated feelings that they will experience as a result of having it.

Third is Payoff

Here is where you drive your point home, and ask for a response. This is the reason for your ad. You want to try and instil a sense of urgency. The ending sentence/s should encourage urgent response by making your reader feel that you are the most sought after person. That is if they take their time considering contacting you they might end up losing you.

Criteria In Selecting The Dating Sites That Are Right For You

Where is the best place online for you to post your profile? The thing is that not all internet dating sites are the same, so it’s important for you to spend a little time researching.

To pay or not to pay.

Free sites don’t do background checks, so basically anyone is welcome. You will more than likely come across those that aren’t serious, and those that have unscrupulous intentions! Not everyone you meet will be a legitimate dater. Not all free sites are free. Some advertise themselves as free sites but they aren’t completely free. They allow daters to post their profile and search other profiles, but when it comes to contacting someone who caught your eye, you have to pay. In order for you to contact any member of the site you have to pay a subscription fee, each site works differently so make sure to asses them carefully before you make any decisions. One of the main advantages of fee based sites is that they automatically weed out anyone who isn’t serious. People who pay are more likely to be serious and you have the best possible chance of meeting people who have a real interest in meeting someone to date. There are less chances for someone who will spend money paying out for the paid online dating sites just to fool anyone.

Specialty site or General site

It’s helpful to know where the person you want to attract is likely to be. Then you’ll have more of a chance to connect with them if you go where they are. And if you are going to spend money, it is better spent on targeted sites. These specifics groups or dating sites that appeal to the characteristics or interests of your desired partner can become your target markets. So basically it will be useful to create a list of traits for your target person you want to attract to be able to know which sites best fits your criteria.

Geographical Location

If you are looking at dating someone in the London area of the UK it makes no sense to put your profile on a USA based site! As obvious as this may sound you will be surprised at how many people actually make this mistake. It is common to almost any online daters, they are not so much aware of where to post their profiles. It is best to look for sites in your own specific geographical area if you are looking at dating or meeting someone locally.

What You Need to Know About Dating Profile Help

It makes little no difference whether you are a masterful online dater or a certified newbie - everyone could do with dating profile help once in a while. You know you should make some improvements if you're not getting the results you want. Are you seeing good people who are worth your time and energy? Or are you mystified why no one is curious at all? It’s irritating to put yourself out there and not get the kind of people you want, or worse be rejected by people you are interested in. Here are some little known secrets to getting your online profile noticed. So prepare to get overwhelming effect in just a week!

Which is Better: Paid Services Vs Free Sites?

Not all dating sites are created identical so getting some dating profile help when it comes to opting for your dating service can be a big factor. Some free service sites don't provide that much search engine capability like you would expect from those with paid memberships. Here’s a test: do a search on yourself, that is, people who sound like you: those with matching background, hobbies and the kind of date you’re looking for. If too many profiles come up, you may have to consider looking for yet another online dating site.

So don't stick to just one service. When it’s not working, try others with truly remarkable outcomes.

If you're worried about spending to much, most paid dating sites offer trial memberships so you can determine whether it works for you or not. Some even offer dating profile help as an added incentive! Consider sites with added services like reverse matching or those that “suggest” profiles automatically. (That’s less work for you!) The valuable thing to look for is if their benefits offer the kind of service you need.

Is Your Search Considerations Too Restrictive?

Sometimes even when your dating service is already doing its job, the challenge may lie with your qualifiers. Are they too restrictive? Make a checklist of what you like about a person and see if you can ease off on one or two qualities. Getting too hung up on specifics like age, race or location may be trimming your chances of finding your dream date.

Examine the search criteria options on your dating site to see if you can change some search settings. Try to enjoy your search without limiting yourself too much. Learn as much as you can and THEN choose the best from the bunch.

The Most Essential Dating Profile Help Tip: Pictures!

Based on surveys, your picture matters as the biggest factor that can get your profile seen. Get a decent photo up there: one that's clear, attractive and current. It’s your face that gives that tremendous push to your profile. But don’t get so fired up with retouches, or posting a much younger version of yourself – just focus on your best qualities.

Getting some dating profile help now can make the difference… you can be just a click away from finding the love of your life.
